When PEO's are reported, all businesses within the PEO are typically reported with the same class code. Which class code? The one generating the most premium. Who that made sense to when the regulation was being written, we'll never know. And even if we could publicly chastise, it wouldn't change the fact that we still have to deal with it.

So if you want to target PEO accounts and industry selection is a factor, use SIC codes instead-
