Insurance Plan Data

Carrier and Broker info is found on the left, followed by covered participants, premium and commission/fees. The premium includes a Cost per Participant calculation (premium divided by number of participants) for an easy cost illustration. 

Plans are ordered by premium, typically placing the primary Health coverage at the top. PPOs and HMOs are indicated via badges.

Hovering over the icons will bring up a tooltip with the name of the coverage, which includes:

• Health
• Dental
• Vision
• Life
• Short-term Disability
• Long-term Disability
• Supplemental Unemployment
• Perscription drug plan
• Stop-Loss

Experience Rated Plans

Experience Rated plans are indicated with a badge. If Exp rated, additional information including Retention and claims paid are available. The loss ratio is also provided (Claims divided by Premium).
