Accessing Settings

Click on the drop down arrow in the upper right header menu and select 'Settings'

User Account Settings



Agent Accounts cannot change their email address, this must be done by the Master Account holder (purchaser)

Assign To Fields

The assign fields are to enable a small amount of communication between different production units. For example, someone from the business development unit can have an account assigned to a producer at the appointment stage. Or a producer can have an account assigned to their marketing rep at the quoting stage.

Delete

User Time zone

This setting affects scheduled events (appointments and follow ups). 



Master Account Settings & License Types

Click on the 'Agents' tab to manage your team members

Adding Agents

You can add agents from the Agents tab

Click the Invite an Agent button to open the form:

The agent will receive an invite email immediately. Clicking on the verification link will accept the invite and the new agent will create a password for login. 

Delete

Edit/Delete Agent

Use the orange icons next to the agent to Delete (X) or Edit (notepad icon). Editing will allow you to transfer an agent account from one user to another to retain things such as saved searches and flagged accounts.  

Master Acct holders can add/edit/delete other members here (use the orange icons to edit/delete, and below fields to add new users)
Master Acct holders can add states or add-on's to the account


Agent Accounts are paid (2 included on Team plan) licenses and have access to all states/features of Master Acct holder
