Lead Capture
Lead Capture inserts your list into the Marketplace callers' cue. Simply create a saved search, click the Capture button (orange magnet) located on your Pipeline view and we'll start calling them. Appointments will bypass the marketplace and go directly to you.

Settings
Settings are a bit limited right now. After selecting your search you can either set the max number of leads you want to receive or leave it as unlimited. You can also deactivate it. In either case (reaching a max, deactivation) the list is removed from the callers cue and you will stop receiving leads.
We plan to add an option so you can cap leads on a weekly basis, as well as the option to input a basic script you prefer the caller follow (e.g. if you have a program or specific niche).
We cap business size at 250 EE's (based on our data).
Right now the date range of your search will be disregarded. Our system uses an 80-110 day rolling range and gets inserted into the callers cue.

Best Practices
Scrub your list prior to activating Lead Capture. Make sure you've marked your clients with the Written or Hide flags. Use the Activity filters to exclude records with recent activity.
We all have our short list of prospects, you're already in, you've worked it before and have a good rapport. We don't want to call them, but we will, if they're on your list. So don't pay for an opportunity you already have.
Pricing
Everything is pretty much the same as the Hot Lead Marketplace, but you're going to pay a bit more than we'd otherwise charge for the lead at market. In exchange the lead goes straight to you, and it's exactly what you want. We provide the average cost for a given lead based on your list criteria.
