Enable Click to Call (Click to Dial) - VOIP Settings

Your VOIP service may need Settings adjusted to enable click to call. In RingCentral the navigation is Settings, Phone, and enabling 'Use RC for click to dial and fax'


Carrier History & Policy Info

Look for Increase/Decrease indicators when the Premium, LCM or Mod data elements are available


Policy Terms are color-coded by Carrier Group for quick visual cues of carrier changes


Policy Badges - Assigned Risk (AR) & PEO

If an account is indicated to be in the A/R market or a PEO you will see the respective badge in the carrier history section. 

* The A/R icon in your List View‍ is the poop emoji, in case you were wondering  

Bound Premium

Same Policy Term Premium Change

Every policy is checked up to 5 times a year. When a same term premium change occurs, we will note the 'bound' premium, which is what was reported prior to the most recent update. In this example we see the premium was bound very close to expiring but has more than doubled over the 9 months. I can only imagine the insured got a huge contract, and that the incumbent did not at all adjust payroll exposure due to a competitive situation.

OCIPs

OCIPs and other policy anomalies will appear from time to time.

Locations

The Locations tab has additional names and/or addresses that have been reported.

Location Schedule Export

(2023) You can now export the location schedule by clicking on the 'download' icon. Located in the upper right of the Locations tab.

Printing

(2022) The print button has been updated so multiple tabs can be printed at once. If the field is orange it is selected for printing, if it is gray it is not.


Single Record Export

(2023) You can now export a single record by clicking on the 'download' icon.
